1. Verification

All users on the CamJobz platform agree to a manual verification process. We reserve the right to remove any profile that does not meet the technical standards of our visual arts community.

2. Contractual Obligations

CamJobz acts as a facilitator for employment. All legal contracts regarding production work, insurance, and equipment liability are between the Employer and the Talent.

3. Platform Integrity

Scraping or unauthorized use of our "Rate Index" data for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms as the industry landscape evolves. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
